With over 24 years of experience as a licensed psychologist, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion, support, and practical feedback. My approach is interactive and solution-focused, designed to meet you where you are and guide you towards the changes you wish to see in your life.

I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy, and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, to tailor our sessions to your specific needs.   • Sessions:Available both virtually and in-person to meet your needs.
  • Rates: $350 per session
  • Payment Methods: Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Cash, Checks, Credit Cards
  • Insurance: In-network provider for Aetna and Cigna. This office provides out-of-network billing for clients and supports them in getting reimbursement from their insurance company.
  • Forms: Intake forms are provided through our secure portal to simplify your therapy journey.
